Today I will be running a few errands, including taking my son to get his yearly eye exam, he'll probably need new glasses (wallet ouch!). This is the only blazer I have for the Summer, it's linen so it's bearable to wear even in the Texas heat. Hopefully I'll be able to finish my to-do list and get it out of the way. Here's what I'm wearing today...

It's kind of 4th of July but kind of not. I was not very patriotic in my dressing last Wednesday.
Love it: simple, preppy, chic - you remind me of the French women in Annecy - stripes/the nautical look is very big, and every one wears flats ... and they look great, as do you!

Thanks ladies, Maddalyne you are right, it does look very patriotic, I wasn't patriotic on the 4th, in fact I spent the day in gym shorts and t-shirt so I guess I'm kind of making up for that day today. =)
Love the pretty coral with the stripes! ;) Just a quick fyi, you can check out zenni optical online for really cheap glasses. I've used them for a while now and haven't really had any problems with quality, but I am also not a little boy! ;)
