Hi pretty ladies, today I got some very good news at work. Next school year I will be teaching Pre-K! Our PK teacher is retiring this year so about a month go I asked my principal for the position and he said he'd let me know. Today he gave me the good news. I've taught Kindergarten for 8 years now, and I love it with all of my heart, but I think I am ready for a change. I wouldn't go up though, because I'm an early childhood teacher at heart. I am so happy and excited, and I am looking forward to next year. This is what I wore to work today, these kitten heel pumps are almost the exact same as my other red ones, except these are patent leather, I clipped on some vintage shoe clips to make them look a bit different and my girls loved them, they kept complimenting my shoes. It's the little things that make a big difference huh?

I give you a lot of credit for teaching the smaller ones :) I teach fifth grade and don't think I could handle the younger kids. Love your skirt!

I give you a lot of credit for preschool! Its funny, we just watched
watched a rerun of Kindergarten Cop last night, and I love the classroom scenes.
You may not remember me as I have shut down Always Summer my fashion blog at least for a little while, do to a bad case of Agorphobia and freaking out as my twins get ready to graduate and go to college. They have been my best friends.
Anyway your style has always been one of my favorite on the fashiion blogs. Love the shoes and the red lipstick.
Congrats on your new job!

Hi Shey,
I just wrote a huge comment and it disappeared, so if it reappears i am sorry.
This is Lesa formally from Always Summer. I shut down my blog as I have been having a really hard time with my 17 year old twins getting ready to graduate an going off to college, so my clothes and weight have slipped towards the embarrassing. Anyway, I wanted to tell you, that as always I LOVE your outfit and how you can wear that red lipstick! The shoes are also super cute Do you wear these to school?
Congrats on the new job. As a former middle school teacher I can see how you would rather have the little ones. (we just watched a rerun of Kindergarten Cop last night and I love the classroom scenes )
