Today I almost had a "heart attack" at work when a teary, but not worried, little boy came to me and said "Teacher I had had this up my nose all day long" showing me a piece of a pencil's eraser, "I just got it out when I blew my nose" (!!!). I'm so glad he was alright, he didn't tell me anything until the end of the day. I made sure we turned that into a learning lesson: Never put anything inside your nose. Now that I think about it, it was actually pretty funny. It reminded me of me when I was 5 years old and stuck a bean up my nose and then we couldn't get it out so my mom had to take it out with some tweezers.
Jewelry lovers be proud of me, I thrifted this silver necklace for $2.99, it was dirty and sticky and the hook was broken, nothing too challenging for this refashionista.

Love the cardigan!
The eraser in the nose is almost as bad as the student who swallowed a small metal ball at home...and wanted me to help her get it out of the school toilet! They don't pay teachers enough...
hahahahaha omg! Well this little one tried telling me that his older sister had stuck the eraser up his nose but he later confessed he had donde it himself. =) I'm glad he easy okay. As far as going to the toilet and getting out a ball never! =P
what a pretty lace dress! And the necklace is quite the statement, I'm glad you saw the diamond in the rough.

I love it! Way to go with the necklace. Funky fabulous!
The pink is so pretty, my eyes are always drawn to pink and lace! glad your student was okay. When my 17 yr old was a toddler she stuck a pea up her nose. We were bad parents, yes we got it out, but we were laughing the whole time! Shame on us!
Wow! Pink and black is one of my favorite combinations! You look gorgeous and good job on that necklace! ~Serene
