Getting dressed these days has been a drag, I'm living in gym clothes since I spend quite a long time working out, that's how I stay busy these days. I wanted to show you these boots I thrifted Saturday. They were only $8.99, they are men's but you'll only know because I told you. The size said 7.5 so I put them down (thinking they were women's) then I went back and tried them on, nothing to loose if they didn't fit, just a little heart break right? Well lucky me they fit and once I put them in my basket I didn't let go, a girl tried peeking and I growled like a dog with a bone (okay I didn't but I wanted to). Back in my teenage years I was dying to have boots like these, with the chain under the heel. They are the definition of cool to me. ^_^
Have you had any luck at the thrift store lately?

Awwww...Great score!! I have always wanted a pair of cowboy boots. I think it's my inner southern girl peeking out! :)
YEA for you. I am always up for trying something on even though the size might not be what I think I need. I haven't been able to get out thrifting much lately, but I did score a cute skirt and a great vintage dress a couple of weeks ago. Love the thrift!

What a great find! I love boots like that, too.
I thrifted a lot of things when I was in Finland; a couple of really cool vests, a 1970s gauze dress, lots of skirts... I'll have to write a post about them at some point! :)
I haven't been to the thrift store yet this summer. Must go soon : )
Very nice, I concur with your sentiment, your boots are very cool. I also have had great thrifting luck lately. Just the other day I scored a silk dress for $1.50!
Cute! I once saw some bright blue Ropers at an antique shop! I tried them on, but I get too hot in boots. The boots I do have are cute though. I'm a cowgrandma!
