Hi everyone, I hope everyone enjoyed this last day of Spring Break, went too fast but I really enjoyed it, the best part is that I have already bought the plane tickets for our trip to Mexico this Summer. Last time I wore this skirt I wasn't that thrilled with the way it came out, it just needed a little bit extra to make it special so I did the scallops, a bit different than last time (I'll show you my method later) and I added a slip trim to give it a more romantic look, I'm finally pleased with my skirt.
I'm wearing my skirt with a thrifted Talbots shirt a vintage belt and Gianni Bini shoes.
Detail shot of the skirt.

Oh I am in LOVE with that skirt. Did you make it?? If so, where did you get the fabric and the pattern? It's lovely! I want one! :)

Wow, that dress was atrocious, but your skirt is adorable! I love that you saw that skirt in there - anyone else would have passed that dress up!
Sorry your vacation is over. Never easy to get back to work after a break!
I love the lace with the floral print, it's perfect! So pretty! I would love to know how you do the scallop hem?
I can't wait for the tutorial because the lace is a great addition!
looooooove those shoes!
Well done with that skirt! Is it weird that I'm excited for you to go to Mexico this summer? I've never been and have always wanted to.
I mentioned you in this Guest Blogger post http://www.chitownfashionista.com/2011/03/guest-blogger-finding-perfect-full.html
