yummy! man if I were a man I think I could rock the kilt, but its just not the same being a girl:b
Anywho, I do like shirts buttoned up, especially pretty vintage ones:) Sorry I haven't been around much lately, I've just been getting on blogger to post and to check a few blogs, but I've been in one of my disinterested phases where I get really behind on reading the people I follow. I did just read all of your post that I missed though and all your projects and thrifty sound really great! can't wait to see whats next:)
I've been seeing this a lot, too, but I think it's better suited for smaller busts than my own. Or longer necks. Or a combination of the two. *sigh* It is charming, though. Maybe I can convince my husband that he should button up like that - fabulous!
You are right Frances, I also think this is best for small bust girls, on bigger bust girls it wouldn't look very flattering. I guess that's a positive side of having almost no chest =)

That's not a kilt the man is wearing, they are very wide and long shorts =P hehe
