I really like the shape of simple elastic waistband skirts.
This skirt is vintage, I'm crazy over the print, it's a bit long and has a small tear near the waistline but I can fix it.
A bit wild print? Yes, but it's a vintage! All I need to do is shorten it a bit and replace the buttons since some are missing. I wish you could see the details around the sleeves but they are hard to see on this picture, when I wear it I'll show you.
My mom used to wear a two-piece like this shirt, she had it in navy blue and white. I love the lace details, I was iffy about the color but I think I can still pull it off.
When I walked by the lingerie rack the lace of this slip caught my eye and I grabbed it quick. It was a bit pricey $3.99 (okay maybe not, I'm just cheap!) but I knew I had to have it!
Nice linen shirt! Looks as thought someone took in on the sides because they didn't serge it but my mom has a serger machine so I will serge it when I get a chance. I love the color, the only thing I don't like about linen is that it wrinkles a lot.
I had seen this vintage skirt 2 weeks ago but I didn't like it much because I'm not a big fan of the 70's but today I changed my mind and it came home with me.
I absolutely love this dress, I almost didn't try it on because the size said XL and I thought it would be too big but when I tried it on it fit perfect.
Another white jacket, this one is cropped and it fits great.
Vintage bag made in Italy, it's made out of very soft leather and it's in great vintage condition.
I love thrifting but I don't have any space left in my closet. I've been thinking about having an Etsy store or online shop, that would keep me busy during the summer and I love going to thrift stores. I've found amazing stuff that doesn't fit me and wished many times I could have a vintage store with very affordable prices but I haven't made up my mind yet. Anyways I hope everyone enjoys their long weekend!

your dress is beautiful and i love the shoes ;)
I was thinking just the other day that I need more polka dots in my life - that dress is fantastic.
Also, your thrifting haul made me drool. That dress that you thought wouldn't fit? Gorgeous! And the 70s skirt and linen shirt? Swoon! Great finds!
je craque pour la premiere robe elle est juste parfaite et le camet est superbe, bravo !
Wow, you got some great stuff!
If $4 is expensive, do I dare ask how much everything else was? 50 cents? a dollar?
I'm happy when I find stuff in the thrift store for under $10!!
If you did open an etsy store you could easily sell things for 4x what you paid - you should do it!
Chic on the Cheap
I love every piece you bought,I must say I'm a little jealous.(;
Most of all the first 6 items are very romantic and look comfortable, wheew.
I just wonder what item #5 is..?I thought it's a gorgeous skirt but below you wrote that it's a slip? I don't understand it.
Miss Phonoresque a slip is an undergarment, it goes under your skirt or dress, like a petticoat(almost). I wear them all the time so like of your clothes are see-through they are perfect.
wow! you hit the thrift jackpot. I'm a sucker for any and all white lacy or crochet tops, and that satiny dress is going to be a stunner on you. I can tell.
That purse is amazing!!!
